Hi.
I know this is a pretty simple question, but I did not find it by searching. It seems that all of the trucks I have been looking at (Missouri specifically) have an H7 rating, saying '[FONT=Verdana,Arial][SIZE=-1]Material which has been determined to be unserviceable and does not meet repair criteria'. Some of those trucks look to be in pretty good condition. I was wondering if they always put them in that condition, or are they really unserviceable? Or does unserviceable just mean that they don't want to service them?
Thanks for looking!
