GMC axle shaft balls?

Does anyone know where I can find the set of 5 steel balls for the old GMC style 2.5 ton axle shafts? I can get just regular chrome steel balls but the center one looks like it has a hole in it with a pin that keeps it centered. I would take new or used if anyone has any or knows where I can get them.

Just an update in case anyone else ever needs them, I found new (NOS) ones at Memphis Equipment, they were very helpful. Now I just have to figure out how to put them back together
