GMV Seat Covers Project: Early LBT London Bridge Trading Variant

This is an original acquired out of Poland. Materials, hardware and workmanship is probably late 90s, early 2000s London Bridge Trading out of Virginia Beach. This one looks like it will fit both the molded kevlar Ballistic Products Seats as well as the High Backs. 1000d Cordura nylon, twin-needle-stitched Mil 5038 nylon bound edges, Gerald Schwartz Inc-style plastic side release buckles, Mil-W-43668 Spec 1" Nylon Webbing.

The GMV Seat Cover appears to be based on the LBT-1195K Machine Gunners H-Harness Rig, a fixed pouch, nylon H Harness with supplemental foam buoyancy inserts. The thin, long center pockets appear to hold a 500ml Ringers Lactate IV bag with the two thin vertical pockets outboard holding the IV works, Tourniquet or Surefire G2-sized Flashlight.

Anyhoooo,, this particular cover is a sand-tan 1000d Cordura, lighter than the tan fabric used on the HMMWV High Backs. I'll start looking for a matching fabric, webbing and binding tape as well as a Camo Green 483 for 3 Color NATO Camo Pattern trucks or if somebody wants Multicam, DCU, MarPat, basic Black, etc. But I won't have my prototype done until after New Years.

It is not made to the same heavy duty specs as the LBT-1195K H-Harness, subject to less stress, wear and tear, the pockets aren't bartacked at corners or stress points.

I am interested. Price will be one of the big factors. I have looked around a bunch and have seen some similar products that are....ok, but I do like the look of these.

I'm going to make 3 or 4 then figure the average time to get the best price I can. And I'm bartacking the pocket corners to prevent blowouts. I think I found what I need for Tan 492 (the base color in 3 Color DCU Desert) matching T-5038-H 1" grosgrain, 1" 43668 webbing, and cordura. Then Camo Green 483 and Basic Black I have frick ton of Multicam if somebody wants Multicam/OCP.

I'll do the zippered TM sized pocket style next, same Tan 492, Camo Green 483 and Basic Black.

I would be interested in one, depending on price. Thats more storage than the Molle covers I just installed. Green or Multicam would run out nice in my rig.

Do you have a preference between Multicam or Camo Green 483? Or split it down the middle, Multicam Tropic? Caveat being, the Multicam 1" webbing, 1" T-5038-H grosgrain binding and 1000d are more expensive than the solid colors.

All Green or the Camo-Green would work for me.

I am going to be able to get the Camo Green 483 binding, webbing and 1000d faster than the Tan 492 so they will be first.
