Okay, I'm back. Had a short day at Colemans, I got there late due to work issues (had to show up for a couple hours early, then took off with the tool set). I will be sending PMs to everyone, but to satisfy everyone's curiosity about what I brought back for people, here's the list of YES/NO on the want list:
E-AIR: I got your stuff you ordered from there, it's in the truck awaiting your pickup
CGarbee: YES - found a rear landing leg and mount for the M101 trailer
SrJeeper: YES - got a round deuce tow shackle for you, including the pin
chris837rj: Partial YES - have two headlight trim rings, sorry no dice on the winch shaft and turn signal controls
M1075: NO - only parking brake cables for M101 trailers are on good ones that they don't want parted out
Opie: NO - looked in 8 trucks but didn't see any defroster deflectors, will try again next time
Ferroequinologist: NO - sorry no folding step bumpers or wrecker lights there, try TNJ Murray's
M215: NO - only M813 running board was on a good truck that they didn't want parted out
SCSG-G4: NO - sorry, no stainless sink for the MKT trailer. There were plenty of mess stoves, but the only MKT-85 trailer I found was in the process of being scrapped, the inside stuff was already stripped out
steelsoldiers: YES - have some M939-series pics for you, will post them soon of the one M930 tractor there
m38inmaine: YES - I have the final fuel line for a MEP-003 for you
oldchev4x4: NO - you wanted crank up landing legs for the M101 trailer. Did you mean M105 trailers? The M101 is the 3/4 ton CUCV trailer, all the ones there had folding landing legs like the jeep trailers.
Items I got for myself:
3 GRC-193 radio mounts - 1 new and complete, 1 used and stripped of cables, 1 has cables and is mashed
3 Mermite cans - enough to build one complete one, the other two are parts units
pile of MEP-003 spare parts to complete my 10KW genset
about 20 more sets of convoy light cables (will be going back in the Classifieds soon)
3 5-gal gas can mounts
dual rifle mount for deuce
Unfortunately, there was no towbar parts there this time. Also, the only parts truck that had a winch PTO on it that I could use for my deuce, had the front axle ripped off and was nose down in the mud, laying on the tranny. Also, found a HEMTT cab complete with very nice HEMTT seats, and a pile of other neat parts. However, by the time I found it I was out of time and had to go home.
Will post some pics soon.
