Im confused if is basicly NEW, why are you having to replace things like an IP already? and still working on it?

The key is that "sitting around doing nothing" is actually harder on a vehicle than being driven daily. Almost like people. If you sit around and don't get up and move around - eventually you will grunt and groan when you try to stand up. And the longer you do that the worse it gets. Vehicles do the same.

Diesel gets "sticky" over time and the IP with it's close tolerances break parts to avoid ruining the rotating pieces inside. Still, it is broken but in a cheaper way...

Same thing for hoses and belts and fabric covers.
