Time was not the issue, practicality was. It makes no sense to spend money on something I am going to rip back off very shortly. When I put the turbo on it will require something custom made and I will send it out for that as I cannot bend 4 inch ex pipe. It does not leak, just not the prettiest work I ever did but it wasn't worth redoing when I get my tank filled. Waste of wire and argon..:D

Alrighty...well...I've attempted to work on my welding skills (Oxy Acetylene)....they are coming along! Ace, yours are still a lot better than mine lol ;)

So is a single 5" the recommended size for a NA 6.2 or will a single 4" do just as good? There seems to be a lot of debate on this, but the general consensus with diesels is the less back pressure the better.

I would think 4 inch is more than adequate since most 6.5 TD's Dmax, PS, Cummins run them. In fact I would go as far as to say even 3.5 inch would be enough. I used the 5 cause I had it laying around and it was easy to make the Y pipe.
