We should try and do a MA get together this spring/summer. I am currently in Truro and regularly do this 70 mile trip in the truck. Just picked up my beach permit and will be doing that on the Seashore this summer!

15years and older, no sniffer. And Even if check engine light on, they can't deny for emmisions. All safety stuff, yes still required.
had to install seat belts in my 1968 dune buggy.....

No emissions, just basic stuff like lights and horn.
