GP Site Reps.........Answer Your Phone Please!! Texarkana this means you!

The Texarkana GP site rep never answers his phone or returns messages.
The phone number was verified by GP CS.

Trying to find location of trailer I bought.
Sale page says New Boston, TX
GP CS say Texarkana.
Big difference.

Been trying now for 2 days to contact site rep.
Always get VM.
I always leave message.
He never answers or calls back.

Called GP customer service, but they keep saying I need to talk to the site rep.

Getting a little sick of this BS.

Anyone else having issues like this?

Its amazing to me that "the mother ship" cannot connect with its drones. WTF?

Happened in Johnson City, MO also.
Didn't matter about my pickup appointment. He wasn't there.
Didn't answer phone either.
Only when someone at the facility called, he answered.

Now this BS.....

Rep called today (Saturday)
apologize for the delay
said that since he is at base most of time and that the base runs cell phone jammers, he missed a lot of calls.

Answered all questions
All is well now.

It took 2 or 3 days for him to get back to you, I think that's pretty reasonable.

At least he called you as soon as he saw this thread...
