I have seen all three of those colors, when I worked as a contractor. But they came complete.

The picture shows new levers in different colors.
The left one is the current production lever.
Other two were for different customers and are obviously non-standard colors.

These do not include the pulley and its hardware as I previously thought.
That’s ok since I can use the hardware from the bad levers.
Still don’t like the price but these will fit just fine.

I'd gladly transfer the small hardware to the new handle!!
