Does anyone have any tips on removing and replacing the seals on the hard doors? I cant seem to get them removed successfully because they keep pulling apart and am left with a small strip stuck inside the channel. I would also assume putting the new ones in is going to be a blast as well. Any tips on putting the new ones in would be awesome.

Drill the rivets out and remove the channels...then just slide them into the channel. The channels especially at the bottoms have to opened up a bit cuz they are Usually banged up a bit, that and at the corners.
