If so, did anyone in PA change over to a PA title and if yes, was it easy?

It looks like it still breaks forum rules ,
[h=1]HMMWV Titling[/h][ Because of this restriction this site will not allow any discussion on how to "break" this rule and title the Humvee for on road use. ]

It sure seems like offering titles for vehicles sold with "For Off Road Use Only" breaks this rule. Also J just because it was washed in one state doesn't mean another state will accept it.
