heater controls,left knob? right knob? what does each one control?

one is hot/cold (pull out for hot, cold is just outside air) The other moves the damper from floor to defrost.

Left: Defroster
Right: Floor heat
Switch Up: Fan High
Switch Middle: Fan Off
Switch Down: Fan Low

You MUST pull out floor heat prior to turning on fan
