Whew, what a day!!! I got a call earlier today from a buddy of mine, seems one of his neighbors had a CAT IT 18 wheel loader end up "wheels up" after a 60 ft roll down a hill behind his house. No one was hurt(loader was parked, the brakes didn't hold.)So the 816 was pressed into service to upright the loader.A simple matter of dogging off the front to a very large oak tree, spinning out the rear winch, hooking up and easing the CAT back over onto it's wheels.I even pulled the loader back up the hill to the house!
Obviously Deuces and M37's aren't the only thing an M816 wrecker looks good in front of. Pics will follow soon.
