Hi from the Birthplace of the jeep ! Great site here with a wealth of information and knowledgeable members. I'm a steelworker and Retired USAR. Engineers.
I have a tribute to my service Cj7. Loaded with many offroad additions and getting more all the time..lol. I have a Bantam trailer. That was built at the factory with remaining parts of the war trailers. Very early production Civilian, so I am told.
I also have a 1952 Strick M100 that needs some love. It's my current project.

Thanks for the Welcome ! O.k. here are the pics..lol

My wife found the 1952 strick about 3 miles from home. She bought it for me. $100 with title. I found the Bantam on a classified add site. The elderly gentleman had several military vehicles that he drove in parades. There were no "tags" on it,the front was replaced. It has a few minor holes in the floor. Missing the brake handle as well, ect. One of the gentlemen that restored the bantam trailer in Butlers history center, told me that it was a very early civilian that was made up of leftover war trailer parts. It's number is 154979. I love it no matter what it is. Got it as is for $400 !
My 79 cj7 has a 360,auto, dana 300 tc, with d44's fr & rr , lockers, ect. It's my money pit.... Jeep = Just empty every pocket.

Welcome aboard from a former(most of my life) Pennsylvanian. Butler sounds familiar but being in MN for 17 years or so can't remember where. I was from the Morrisville, Levittown, Quakertown, Perkasie areas. NE of Philly not far.
