Hello from Punta Gorda!

Hello everyone! My name is Jonathan and im a Police officer from punta gorda fl..I used to build jeeps, and buggies and do some metal fab, i currently have a CJ2a but i want a 2.5 ton or larger. I would love to have one bobbed, but im open to anything! so someone please help me

thanks for the welcome guys. Ive been checking the classifieds but it seems like everything is so far away! I also posted my 2A for sale, or trade toward a Deuce, like i mentioned id loved a bobber if anyone knows whose looking to sell! thanks again!

Are you looking for a Deuce or 5-Ton? I know VinnySocom1 has a bobbed 5-Ton he is looking to sell. He is in Ocala.

Check with PCTrans, he is just north of you in Palmetto. He usually has a few nice trucks for sale.

Worst case, bobbing a Deuce isn't too hard if you have some equipment at your disposal.

trust me ive been sleeping with these on my mind for a long time. Sorry for the wrong verbiage, id like either a 5 or a 2.5 that difference really doesnt bother me.. the 5tons do look sick with the extra beefy look. I know i do want a bobbed over a full size though, it doesnt need to be a "pretty" truck, ill mostly be hitting mudholes frequently with it.

I like the 2A. Wish I had a spare deuce to swap off. If you purchase a deuce, are you going to bob it yourself?

I would, but i have no where to keep all the extra stuff from the bob, my friend that has the warehouse i use to do all my metal work for myself and buggies and past projects has all the tools for me but is out of space to keep anything from a bob project. So that is why id like to find one already done.
