Help ID this Trailer?

Looking to ID this trailer, Military? One Civil Defense decal on the front.

Will/ can you transcribe what is printed on the data plate, on my screen can't really make it out. Also picture of back is there a tail gate, are the wheels 5 hole w/ 9X16 tires?

There isn't much, Trailer Cargo: V-296/ TSC the rest of the data plate are size and weight measurements. Yes, 9.00 X 16 on it now and it does have a tailgate.

Looks like someone drove by too close to the pintle ring.

TSC is something radio/radar related. Might be a special accessory transporter for that set. The CD decal means a local civil defense unit drew the trailer for local use.
