So i just bought my first m923, sold on auction 3x now with bill of sale only ive found out. I am in michigan and my sos tells me i need a sf or fs97 form to obtain a title from the state. I cant find any rcords other than it was sold with bos to previous 2 owners. Any idea on how to go about getting this form or getting a title? The sos also said some military vehicles will be tittled but arent registerable for on road use and id have to purchase an orv sticker and adhere to the 25mph speed limit. Ive found that alot of the humvees are titled this way but not much in the 5ton line, short of finding a cab or parts truck with the 97 form or a title im at a loss at this point. Any help is appreciated! tyia!
