Line up the harmonic balancer on the ldt timing mark. Pull the front valve cover to make sure the valves are closed, indicating TDC. Look in the IP's advance timing mark window(the little window with 4 bolts just in front of the HH under the T fitting). There should be what looks like an ice pick tip sticking out. That will point to a slot on the round disk in front of it. When those are lined up, take the old IP off.
Install the new IP with the timing marks in the same spot, your done.
Just so you know, there are 3 bolts on the IP's gear, you can loosen those to help install the ip and move the timing to line up, then tighten them up.
