i have a m813a1 deuce and the brakes went out when i was moving it to the back of my yard what could be the problem its a 1968 m813a1 deuce and cant find out what it is bleed the brakes filled it up with brake fluid but they still dont work some one told me it could be the master cylinder is that the problem??
