Hmmwv rims

Did they make different rims for bias tires versus radial ? Are they the same rim? Any idea what a fair price would be for the 12bolt rim with run flat. Was offered 4 rims with runflats for 250.00. The rims need new o-rings and paint as they are not in the best of shape. Any help would be great.

HI no the bias is a diff wheel less wheel half studs than other 1.and yes the price sounds good for the ones u found too. Beleave or not the O rings for a 5 ton air cleaner are very close fit I have used hmmwv ones for them.

HI LOOK UP THIS ITEM # on ebay it is a set of 4 mounted and ready to use he has 2 sets,but there in so cal .

So i take it you wouldn't want to put a bias tire on a rim meant for a radial.

This has all been covered before(in great detail), I suggest you search more.

You can put bias and radials on the latest style 12 and 24 bolt rims.

You can only put bias tires on the old 8 bolt rims.

My bad, was just trying to get input on the cost as well.
