HMMWV Rocking

Anytime I come to a stop in my 1097R1, it rocks a little front to back. I'm guessing it's the fuel doing it. Does anyone else have this issue? Whats the best solution? New fuel tank?

100% normal, it is the slack between the inboard brakes and the wheels due to the half shafts and geared hubs.
You should learn how to correctly stop, tapering the brake pressure as you stop so that does not happen.

Get H1 Alpha geared hubs with helical cut gears, that fixed the issue.

You are stopping too abruptly, after a few years of driving now I have to force my truck to do that to show someone that phenomenon otherwise it just does not happen.

Just drive your truck on dirt 100% of the time like I do. Then you can slide to a stop every time. It's fun!
