I have a M1038 my data plate says W/E W/W Mine had radios in it. I'm guessing with electronics. Mine has the standard 60 amp alternator.

Again not sure, but I believe this does not refer to upgrade equipment, rather the "BII" (basic issue items) such as tools, fire extinguisher, snatch block (winch equipped) etc.
