You can get to the spot where the speaker goes by removing dash panel. refer to TM.
antenna from auto store or rdioshack or bestbuy or.... will come with wire to plug into the radio.
The next issue is where to mount the antenna, obviously the "stock" location doesn't exist on the CUCV..... right front fender...... you will have to drill ahole in the fender and then route the antenna wire back throught the firewall to radio.
If you want to keep it stock looking..... you could get an antenna mount and fabricate something to mount the FM antenna on.
