how do you safegaurd you dueces health

Ok, so i wasnt in the service and have only run big old tractors for my deisel expirience. Im interested in a fluid checklist, a things to check checklist (non fluids) and a list of handy tools that should be on board. can anyone help me find these things. Id also like to have a list of the air tools that should be on board that can hok to certain points on the truck. Is their an old gunny that wants to train one more recruit.

There have been several good lists posted around here about what emergency gear folks pack. I'd try a search. For a good pre-flight checklist, you probably should read the "Great List" sticky at the top of the Deuce forum. Although its for picking up a deuce from like GL for the first time, most of it is good stuff to keep in mind whether your driving across the country or across the lawn.

Look for TM 9-2320-209-10,20, 30 or TM 9-2320-361-10 , 20 , 30 The -10's have a preventive maintenance checks and sevices chapter, that will tell you all the things to check and when to check them.

I was wondering what the difference was between the 209 and 361 series of TM's, I have both but haven't looked through the 361 manual yet.

For air tools... I keep a 20 Ton Air-over-Hyro Bottle jack, air gauge with a 20 Ft air hose, and a 1" impact gun. For access to the air supply, why not add an air reel:

Try the Systematic Inspection Manual. GTA 9-1-185 ( 1-8 ). It is a guide to all the lube points and things to inspect on the M35A2. I think it is in the TM section.
