Here are details of my first GL/EUC experience:
07/15/2010 - Placed bid on M105A2 trailer out of Ft. Sill, OK (Sale 5304)
07/16/2010 - Received email notification of winning bid
07/16/2010 - Submitted EUC and driver's license photo (scanned as PDFs) via email to
eucinfo@govliquidation.com
07/16/2010 - Online chat to verify payment. Was told where to look for "APPROVED" status. It did show "APPROVED".
07/20/2010 - Online chat to check on "Submission of EUC Pending" status told to check back if status didn't change by 7/22
07/21/2010 - Recieved confirmation email for receipt of EUC
07/23/2010 - Online chat since status still said "Submission of EUC Pending" was told "update should take place within about 72 hours of that confirmation email"
07/23/2010 - Later in day received EUC revision request with Export Letter attachment
**They should ask for this along with EUC not wait 7 days and then tell you they need it!
07/23/2010 - Online chat to verify which email to send Export Letter to and was told to also send it to
info@govliquidation.com
07/23/2010 - Signed and scanned Export Letter (as PDF) and emailed it to
info@govliquidation.com and
euc4@govliquidation.com
07/26/2010 - Online chat to verify receipt of Export Letter. They finally located it and said they would make sure the EUC Specialist got it.
07/26/2010 - Status changed to "EUC sent to Battle Creek"
08/06/2010 - Patiently waiting...
I'm sure glad I bought my first deuce from another SS member (Thanks Warthog!) and didn't have to go through this process on a bigger purchase.
