Humvee floor repair--any ideas

I have a M998 which had some plywood screwed into the rear floor--I removed the plywood and there is a big tear in the floor---are there replacement panels available--Thanks

The bed on my Humvee is torn also. I have been looking for patch panels or replacement floor but can’t find anything.

3/4 inch thick stall mat = DONE.

Thin piece of al sheet pounded in a wood form and then rivet it in place.

That’s the deck 1/4 panel....that panel is quite easily replaceable. We do them all the time.

Is there a place you can order a deck patch that a person could just rivet in place? I see there's a couple of places where mine was repaired, but there's a big gash that wasn't repaired.

Thanks Retiredwarhorses. Here's a few pics with a tape measure. I also included a pic of what appears to be another repair. I like the way they did the other repair. You hardly notice it. I don't want to replace the whole middle floor panel (although thanks country for the link).

The "other repair" is the access door to the top of the fuel tank/sending unit.

That's funny. You may have guessed this is my first Humvee. It's the perfect shape for a repair plate. Wonder if I could buy a replacement access door and use it as a repair plate?

Absolutely if it is enough to cover the damaged area, RWH can probably set you up with a piece also as he said above.

The fuel access cover kit number is 57K3529 you can google it and find a few places you can buy it, others will be govt. suppliers that will not sell to the public.
OR you can put a want in the classified section here and possibly get a better deal.
