What's an easy 2"-3" lift, and will a M1045A2 ride stock without a lift on 39'-40" tires?

I put coil spring spacers in the front which brought it up 2 3/4" to level it out with the back, and i'm running 39.5" Iroks with no rubbing. I even installed a turbo with the down pipe running along the body.

Where did you get your tires?

Interco Tire in Rayne, La. I live a couple miles from Rayne, and my buddy runs Interco.
My buddy mounted the tires on the rims and delivered them to me.

I've never been off road with it, flood waters, that's about it. I drive it everyday back and forth to work each day. I put about 75-80 miles.

I painted it, made the doors myself, made the brackets for the mirrors and installed Jeep mirrors, I had the spacers made at my local machine shop, I did a 4L80E swap with the TCI-TCU, and built a custom manifold to install the turbo, which I bought from a buddy real cheap. I did ever thing myself, so I have made the mistakes, and learned from them.

And NO...it does not rub. To be honest, not even close. Maybe if I would do extreme off road, it would.

Almost forgot...I put sound deadener, and marine grade carpet also. Along with a custom speaker box/glove box with cup holders.

Its a factory GM-3 Turbo off of a 94 or 95 Suburban which I'm running about 5-7lb boost, and 10-14lb under load. I had to custom fab everything, and I mean everything!
but it was worth it. I have the torque converter set to lockup at 50MPH, and that's about the same time the waste gate opens. Sounds amazing.
I turn 1850-1900 rpm @ 55MPH with 7lb of boost. The Turbo install cost me around $1000.00 to $1,100.00 Total. That's with me tacking up the exhaust manifold and taking it to a welder to have it tig welded, so its done right. I picked up the turbo with a set of extra heads from a friend of mine for $200.00. I was tired of people saying you cannot install a regular turbo on the Hummer.
