Thanks guys. Yeah, didn't do my research well enough (or much at all in this case). Luckily, I'm good at learning the hard way!

Thought about the Lincoln Locker, but I'm gonna go ahead and gear it. The LS planned for it will probably like the low gears and I've been wasting lots of time recently sleeping at night when I could be working on the Humvee more.

For some reason I thought you had 2.73 gears, back when you were planning complete axle swaps I was hoping to get those diffs.
I appreciate the offer but I was looking for 2:73 diffs.

If I'm not mistaken those rigs use a thick cut gear on the lower ratio (numerically) case .
I'm betting someone make a thick cut higher ratio (numerically) gear for the original case, that being said you should be able to lunchbox the carrier and run a set of thick cut gears in whatever flavor you want, or a full locker for the old 2.73 ratio and thick gears .

For me a locker in the back and a spool in the front works very well in rocks as long as you can disco the front axle from the cab .
