Sodhi67,
There is a humvee specific section. You might try posting this there. Look under modern era vehicles. Good luck and welcome. Also, please try to put a more specific thread title such as "How to check PCB and glow plug controller". You are bound to get more answers when people know what you want without opening the thread first. You might also try to look in resources section under technical manuals. There should be a troubleshooting section of the -20 and the -30 manuals. Military manuals start with the same number for the same series of vehicle followed by -10 for operator -20 for unit level maint, and -30 for the shop level maint. The preceding numbers for the humvee are TM-9-2320-280. If the last number has a p after the number then it is a parts manual.

sodhi67,

Welcome. First, make sure you have at least the yellow glow plug controller and the matching yellow label control box. Then, make sure you have the additional grounding harness installed. Good batteries and clean all electrical connections and grounds. Finally, make sure you are using the #007 non-swelling glow plugs from Kascar (get them when they are on sale) and they are for the hmmwv. Other than that, what Chuck said! Good luck!
