I can't get videos to run

Just like the title of the thread says, I can't get videos to play. I get a title box with some size controls in it, and I can right click and open in new tab/window, but the video's still don't play.

Any advice as to what I may be doing wrong?

The videos wont play at work for me. They have streaming media blocked. You don't have streaming media blocked do you?
