Thanks Orren. Know anyone headed for Seattle, empty?
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Just acquired 3 more today. Galvanized frame and the container is completely enclosed in the galvanized sheet metal from the factory. Pretty wicked, hope to go fetch them soon.
Great advice. I just had a tote with over 200g of WMO stolen out of the back of my uncovered deuce. You just don't think someone will go through the trouble of stealing a 1700lb tote.Cover with a thick canvas tarp to keep prying eyes off and the sunlight out. Thats my two centavos.
How did thay get it out, walk it back and drop/slide into a pick upGreat advice. I just had a tote with over 200g of WMO stolen out of the back of my uncovered deuce. You just don't think someone will go through the trouble of stealing a 1700lb tote.
They will.
Only store water in them if they have a NSF stamp on the plastic container. NSF means National Sanitation Foundation, and is safe for food storage.
I would use an IBC tote and stack them 4 hi for storing your fuel. Cover with a thick canvas tarp to keep prying eyes off and the sunlight out. Thats my two centavos.
I keep my deuces up in farm country. Everybody up there has the time and the machinery to steal the tote or the deuce. At over 1000lbs, I'm guessing they used a skid steer or tractor. How did thay get it out, walk it back and drop/slide into a pick up
Anyone in VA know where I can get a couple? Maybe 4?
We get it, advertisements are annoying!
