I'm stuck! service brakes won't release. M998

Help! I'm stuck! The service brakes won't release.
I thought it was the parking brake nope.. I've pumped the brake pedal a few times and had someone try to pry brake caliber, to get some space between the pads and the rotor. No luck..
I'm stuck at the gas station.

That got me home!.. Thank you!
It's the simple things lol. The pedal gets stuck Bad at the top of the stroke.
I was sitting there.. all eyes on me and the HMMWV. I had to pull from all resources to get me out of that embarrassing situation quick. The Motorpool mechanic wanted me to remove the lines from the master cylinder. No no.. not in public.. we don't breakdown. lol
