Your rig is looking great ! I do have a question though. How did you support the cab overhang ? I didn't see your build on this camper unit so I was trying to figure out what you used. I plan to try something like this myself. Yours is right up there with the best of them !

The over head bunk is the original camper framing.
There are two 1x4s that carry the load along with the shear of the plywood.
You can see them in the picture below
Deut 21

About your comments section, Yes I'm glad we are under Grace ! One of my favorite verses is Romans 8:1 . I like the idea of "No condemnation" .

I did. I replaced the outside aluminum skin with 1/2 exterior plywood. That's a lot more shear.

It was the same back then. Under the law everyone at some point does something that would get them killed.
It was to show that without a savior all you can look forward to is death.
Than, would the savior invalidate the application of all punishmets that comes from the related law?
Law being instructions of God who made the life, almost like it says to put hand brake on when you park on a hill in TM, and the person doesnt, lets say we save him from the rage of angry family whose kid got crushed by his actions, but how are we going to save the kid who got killed from the consequence of disobedience of other?
Whould that not corrupt the society?

Yes it would and as we see in our own society it has.
The point is if we are honest with our self's we have all done things that have had helped the decline along.
In Gods eyes we all done things that deserve death. But because of what Jesus Did dying in our place we can have eternal life.
But that does not mean that we should not be punished in the hear and now.
If I murder someone I can repent, Trust in Jesus for forgiveness and still have eternal life.
But the state still has the right and the obligation to take mine for punishment here on earth.

Wife says her seat is to hard.
So I cut down the bottom cushion from a f150.
Had to take four inches off the length.

Trimmed the front corners of the over head bunk. Have been using bed frames for the steel.
Can get them for next to nothing and they are tempered steel.
I need to get the plywood sanded and painted. Where it was sprayed with spray paint the wood is in good condition. Where it is just the latex paint the plywood is starting to check quite badly.

I first found out that bed frames are hardened steel when I was 12 and building my first "Go-Kart". My father had some military surplus bed frames and told me I could use them for the frame of the Kart. I quickly found out a normal drill bit would not go through this stuff without plenty of cutting fluid and a real slow speed. It took days to drill that frame out !

I've driven one of his 900's . It is a really nice truck ! If I had $8000.00 burning a hole in my pocket I'd buy it !
