Injection Pump Stumble

She was refurbished and completely painted 3 years ago, looks all shiny underneath now being all oiled up from the recent trip on a blown head gasket!

I would much rather have a film of oil over everything then a layer of rust ! I hate rust ! My buddy used to kid me about my engine needing a good cleaning, until his engine started rusting due to all that steam cleaning.
