Here's the pics of both the proper IP tools and also a way to move the IP using two 3/8 bols and a prybar. You could also weld a bar to the two bolts and make a turning tool but I strongly recommend NOT prying on the housing of the IP.
I tried to make this as detailed as possible because everyone who owns a CUCV will have to do this at some point.
I threw in a pic of the Timing meter I have as a tease....

hmm guess ill be going that way also.

I think it's way easier than ripping the front of the motor down.
