A new injection pump was installed on a 6.2 L. Timing marks are lined up, and its getting fuel through the lines. I adjusted the TPS just to see if I could get it to turn over. Ive had no luck.

What am I missing?

Thank You.

One of the wire connectors is smooth and one is ribbed so they can be matched to the connections on the injector pump. Maybe you switched them around.

Its a M1025 Humvee. I replaced the injection pump. I i got it running. Its running really lean, and when under a load cuts out.

I believe its in the throttle position sensor, however I just cant get it figured out and its starting to frustrate me. I appreciate the comments on this thread, Im trying to research the issue now.

If anyone knows what this could be by what I have said on here I would appreciate your input.

Thank you.

Air in the lines? Plugged filter? I always try to trouble shoot under the K.I.S.S. method. Keep It Simple Stupid! Like timarr said start with the stupid stuff and work your way up to the hard stuff.

What's the part number to your new injector pump?
what motor and transmission do you have?

unless you have a 4L80E tranny you don't have a TPS....
