OK...so I know that for the airpack, NSN 2530-00-040-2188 can be either 8345003 or 12368255 .........but will the wheel cylinder P/N 7348976 work in place of P/N 7411010 for NSN 2530-00-274-4511 ?

The NSN 2530-00-274-4511 r and the 7411010 are the same part.

2530-00-040-2188 and 12368255 and 8345003 are all the same part and built to the same spec.

Yes, I am sorry not to include that in the additional replacement part numbers.

The NSN numbers are the parts listing for a specific applicatrion and there can be several individual part numbers that meet the spec of the NSN number.

In looking up the NSN's you provided I got the parts numbers you asked about.

That indicates that those part numbers are spec'd for that application.
