Guys can any one enlighten me please. I am suffering from info overload...

What is the cable I need to pull a military trailer behind my mititary M925A1.

Is it THIS cable or one exactly like it 12' long or something else?

TIA!

That is for a semi trailer like an M373 behind a tractor. If you are towing a dolly on a semi trailer you need one. If it is an M105 the cable is on the trailer.

What kind of trailer?

Well, I am noob so I am having a hard time expressing myself properly...

I just want to be able to have the proper cables in stock before I need it.

I can't talk intelliegntly here. I need help.

I own an M925A1 and what do I need to pull most trailers?

Or do most standard trailers have a cable?

If most trailer HAVE a cable what cables do i want to get to have my bases
covered if I run into a trailer that needs new home!

You have a Cargo 900 series correct?
It has a manual correct?
Any trailer you find will have a manual for it correct?

If you want to pull the M105s with your truck you do not need a cable as it is on the trailer.

All is answered in the manuals. It all depends on the trailer. Search Google for M105 and M373 to see the difference.

The cable used between a tractor and a semi-trailer is called an Inter-Vehicular or IV cable. Some military tractors have the military and civilian cables so the tractor can pull civy trailers if need arises.

Most cargo trailers (made to be pulled with a pintle hitch) have the cable built on and you just have to plug it in. There are some exeptions such as transporter and converter dollys that may have a removable IV cable.

"cable used between a tractor and a semi-trailer is called an Inter-Vehicular", it is a different cable then a pentle pull trailer cable, the iv cable has more wires and both ends have plugs
