IP removal questions

I have questions about the removal of the injection pump. I have disconnected the fuel injection lines from the injectors and the three bolts from the injection pump. I removed the oil filler neck and i see a bolt but not sure if I should remove it. I figure it has to bolt in somewhere in there since it does control the timing just not sure! Don't want to mess it uo!

The whole procedure is well outlined in the TM.

take all 3 bolts out you have to turn the crank to get all three. but yes use the TM it helps a ton.
