Of course the machineshop can do that. But all the bearings underneath will not look any better.
You mad a complete makeover from bottum to top.

Just to play Devil’s advocate, water in a cylinder does not equal water in the crankshaft.

Still, not worth fixing unless it’s a GEP

lets see the oil in the pan... i'm affraid there is water. Piston rings are not water proof
