The date has been confirmed for the Redball Winter Swapmeet at Jim Thorpe, Pa.

It will be Saturday March 5th, 2011 at the same location as years past, 0800 to 1700.

I plan on being there as well. For those who have never been to this event, it's not a vehicle show, just a parts swap meet, indoor only for the most part. Early March in central PA is bitter cold and icy, but it's worth it to start out the new year with an early show.

They are 8 foot tables, purchase as many as you want at the going rate. Don't know the rate for this year, check with Jim Gilmore the vendor co-ordinator. JT

This is a parts show, and for me, I live 4 hours away by normal car. It's not an all-day thing for me, I just drive up, get parts I need, see friends for a couple hours, then turn and burn. IMHO, unless you are close, it's not worth firing up the deuce for a long drive there, stop for 2 hours, and long drive home.

Since you have CUCVs, I'd take them, they are a lot easier (and faster) to make a trip there in.
