If you do have a bad battery, and you do manage to get it jump-started, you may burn out your voltage regulator, letting it run to charge the batteries(if you have a bad battery).
I would remove the batteries(since you tried charging them unsuccessfully) and take them to an auto parts store and ask to have them load tested. I think you may need new batteries.
