Kenworth ICBM Missile hauler - Help ID this part

This is somehow supposed to be connected to the battery and the starter in the Kenworth ICBM hauler we are working on. HELP

Appears to be just a starter soleniod/relay similar to what Ford trucks used. The only difference it has a second row of terminals. When you turn on the key, one of the small wires would energize the solenoid to allow the voltage to pass through the larger diameter wire. One large wire should have battery voltage all the time, and smaller wire should have voltage during crank, giving the other larger wire voltage to the starter.

I know this is an old thread but if it helps anyone here goes. it is a series/parallel switch, the truck operates on 12v and starts on 24v

Thanks - still have the truck - had to convert to 12v.
