Large tire questions

In the US? Depends on the state. You can checkout liftlaws.com. I've never heard of a reg for tire size specifically but you should look out for the bumper height (to the ground) and the frame position relative to the tire.

Would it be possible to put 23.5-25 or 26.5-25 tires on a m923a2 and it still be street legal?
Are the tires DOT approved for road use?
If yes then probably with the right wheels if you can get overall width to 8'6" or less also according to how it is registered if it is registered for farm use you can run pretty much anything.

Ive look up farm plates on my states dmv website and ive looked around and it seems that people have different expirences with running farm plates and getting busted. Im currently unsure if theres a loophole or something.

Yep, and over width permits a generally only good for daylight hours ( at least they are here in michigan ).
