Leak in line to transfer case

I have a new M1151A1 HMMWV that needs a little work. I have extremely limited knowledge of anything automotive so need some help. Among other issues, it has a leak in a metal hose going to the transfer case at a T juncture. I plan to just replace the line but it is currently metal and don't know if I can replace it with just a hose. Does anyone know where I can look. So far I'm coming up short.

Thanks for any help and also I have thick skin so if I am being slow / do something dumb please let me know. I take everything as a learning experience.

Yes, It is low pressure so you could cut the ends cleanly with a tubing cutter preferably and splice with a appropriate hose and 2 clamps if ypu do not want to remove the whole line and replace.
