Led headlight problem voltage

Got an originals military spec truck lite led headlights for my M1097A2. After installing them will not turn on. After testing them direct to 24V battery turn on no problem in low and high beam. After running voltage meter in sockets found out voltage out put is only 17V on low beam with car on and 14.8V with car off. Trying to figure out the voltage drop in headlight. Any suggesting are to look? Was thinking maybe headlight switch is bad?

Headlights are 100% 24V and not spot lights

Ok got it fixed. Starting with under hook bucket hooks ups, sound out w had the steel clip in missing and we’re touching barley into socket. Got it fixed all working now
