LED reverse light. Found a great replacement for $11 at Harbor Freight

Fits perfectly in the stock location, is IP67, 12/24 V, mount width and through hole match the bracket on the truck. I took apart the connector on my old light and soldered the wires in so it plug into the truck harness just like the original.

Would it be possible to add a switch on the dash to turn this on with out being in reverse ?
