It's a single groove pulley.Overdrive did you install the idler pulley? If so, was it a grooved pulley or a flat, serpentine style?
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!

M1078 or M1078A1?Does anyone know where I can get the pulley that goes on the engine crank for the AC kit
Can't help you there. I've got a couple of pulleys for the C7 (which doesn't help me either). I haven't seen a loose one for the 3116. I'm going to see if I can't modify the one I have to work but it's not a direct bolt in.I have a m1078
Yes. Scottmandu has them.So you have a pulley that will work on A1?
It came in with the pulley pics and I couldn't delete it.The picture of the parachute tiedown cover, what is that for? My truck is missing one of them & I need to replace it!
Okay after reviewing the schematic in Overdrive's thread (http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showth...Compressor-Mounting-Brackets-Install-Write-Up) it looks like this is the correct pulley for the 3116 after all. I couldn't get a very large version of the pic but now that I have one in hand and look at it again it does appear to be the one I, and so many others, need. Sorry for the confusion, jumping to conclusions, etc, etc. But the good news is they're out there.Yes. Scottmandu has them.

From what I could tell in the schematic for the 3116 the pulley is on something that sticks out from the engine like a block or "pier" with the pulley on the very end. This one looks like it just bolts on to the head or something else but more direct to the engine. Since I don't have the drawings for the A1 AC system can't speak directly as to how it mounts. And as I don't have a NSN or P/N with it I cannot verify what exactly this fits.
I believe Scotmandu has some. Try PMing him.Does anybody have extra crank pulleys? I am not having any luck other than one on Ebay for $200.
