I just realized that this list skips the models that we need 901-100-39 and 901-100-40 perhaps anyone has the Monroe or Gabriel drop in replacement part so we can see if any other matches on this list ?So here are the new Fox part numbers with Monroe and Gabriels

I am not sure what II don't have the numbers anymore but they were the longest class 8 that monroe makes with the correct bolt diameter.

discussion seems there seems to point out that the reason the 2.5? inch shock he ordered works is because of the air bags theoretically acting as additional load/shock benefit. The other ones King made (but stopped?) for these trucks were larger diameter pistons??.. 3 or 3.5 if recall right.Ian on FB is the fellow running the Kings.
His is an RV build and he also has some sort of air-bag support going on.

agree the initial intent was to compensate for additional load. Was under impression their addition also factored into the shock decisions. Could be (likely am) wrong though.I am thinking the air bags were more to compensate all the added weight to maintain ride height on his build… In the end Springs don't necessarily dampen motion energy, they store and release it and some energy is lost in the conversion and release.
None of the trucks came with active suspension. They did some tests with active suspension, but I am not aware of any actually being fielded…Quick question I think belongs here. What trucks came with passive suspension vs active suspension? If you truck has Active suspension should you do after market shocks?
