these guys have the cheapest selectro's i have seen. the rockwell ones are on the third page.
for all you guys like me who cant afford the selectro's right now heres a cheap trick.
i got ahold of a spare splinded cap for the front rockwell on my deuce. just past the splines is a freeze plug use to seal the deal after forging and machining. i carefully tapped this out in order to reuse it. then i torched out the splines untill nothing would touch my axle shafts when installed on my truck. be carefull not to torch the lip that the freeze plug contacts, or else you might not get it to seal again. once you have enough clearence you must beat all slag out of your new locking hub. i then reinstalled the freeze plug along with some silicone. i painted it blaze orange to distinguish it from the real spline cap. i use my impact gun and custom glad hand hose to put it off and on quickly when i need the front axle to work. your new custom cap will keep out dirt and water better than driving with open bearings.<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_approve.gif" alt="Approve">
